Laboratory Design
and Construction
In his capacity as director of facilities, Mr. Morneau represented
the laboratory owners on the design and construction team for five laboratory
buildings totaling over 250,000 gsf. Each building was delivered and
occupied ahead of schedule and under budget.
He also personally directed remodeling and renovation projects for
over 100,000 square feet of laboratory and office space at a 40 year
old facility.
